Welcome to the New Year...that's BeautiControl's New Year by the way which started July 1.  It's time to take stock and decide how we want this year to be and what actions we will take to make it our best year ever!

I know you all drive cars and certainly use your rearview mirror.  I am going to challenge you to "rip out" the rearview mirror of your business!  Think of driving down the road to your destination while you are constantly looking in that rearview mirror.  If you are always looking behind, can you focus on what's ahead?  Probably not!  you will most likely miss your exit or even rear-end the car in front of you! 

Of course, this is not the way to drive and it's not the best way to run our lives or BC business.  It's time to LET GO of the past and what we could not control along with our excuses.  Let go of the blame, shame and guilt.  Only when we decide to do just that, will we have the energy we need to focus on the future and what we need to move FORWARD. 

Success is 90% attitude and only 10% skill..let's check our attitudes as we start this new BC Year~
